What does working with us look like in practice?

We maintain the tax income and expense ledger (KPiR) or revenue records for Poland's revenue-based flat-rate tax (ryczałt). The service may also include a fixed asset register, tax calculations and returns, and ZUS social insurance reporting. We begin by discussing what your business does and its current tax arrangements. Together, we decide whether you also need VAT and JPK support. This makes clear which matters you are entrusting to us and which are worth discussing as a separate part of the service.
We agree how and when you will send sales documents, purchase records and other accounting materials. Tell us how you currently collect them and what you find difficult. For an unusual purchase, a short note explaining its connection to your business is helpful. It is also worth keeping questions and a list of missing documents separately. These arrangements make everyday communication easier: we can see which matters concern the current period and which relate to plans for the months ahead.
You can come to us with a new business or discuss transferring your accounts from your current accountants. We will agree when our service starts, which documents we need and which periods we will cover. When changing accountants, it is also important to identify any outstanding accounting or tax work and agree who will complete it. For our first conversation, a description of your business and an approximate number of documents are enough. From there, we can discuss the services you need, how we will keep in touch and an individual quote.
What will we agree at the start?
A short conversation will help us prepare an offer. The following information will be useful:
Business activities and current tax arrangements
Approximate number of sales and purchase documents each month
Information about VAT status, staff and the ZUS reporting you need
Your intended start date with us and details of your current accounting arrangements
Common questions
